If you'd like us to find out why a message was delayed or marked as spam, send us the entire message including the "header." The header is text that is hidden by default.
To show the email header In Apple Mail, select the message, then go to the View Menu > Message > All Headers. Once you've done this, forward us the message.
The header text contains the the entire history of the message delivery and can be key in diagnosing a problem.
If you are using Outlook for Mac, you must select the message, control click (or right click) and select "View Source." Copy this text, paste it into an email and send it to us.
